Say I have 2 elevation measurements: Z1 and Z2 taken at positions: (X1, Y1) and (X2, Y2). I am assuming that the process is stationary and anisotropic with semivariogram: gx(h) for the X position and semivariogram gy(h) for the Y position.

What are the equations for ordinary kriging in this case?

I have googled this but not found the equations spelled out anywhere; so it would be great if anyone could point me in the right direction :-).
