Can Anybody Help me in this regard? This Data Set has so many bugs like missing values up to 50 % for some input attributes.

I am doing the Project On dibetes simulation Tool using Neural network( MLP).

Can anybody help me to interpolate the dataset or any New Dataset of Diabetes available on Net?
