I have data that I want to explain mathematically but the variables that would give this explanation are unknown. I have used Q Factor Analysis to uncover those latent variables in order to categorize or group a set of individuals. My question is:

Once Factor Analysis has been performed (in R), is there a way to extract the functions underlying the factors?
