Hi I would like to find out how to score personality traits in SPSS. I', not sure if what I've done is correct. I've input data into SPSS, I've done reverse scoring (recode into different variables); I've tried to score each personality type: count within cases->target variables-> i.e. Extraversion ('+' and '-'recoded items) -> value 5 ... I don't think I've done this right . Would you be able to give me some advice regard scoring IPIP items, please?
