I can fit my data with two exponential functions (I wanted to post an image but was not allowed as a new user). How can I fit the data with just one function? I tried a quadratic polynomial but that didn't fit too well.

I think for us to be helpful you need to provide a more detailed description of your data and explain why you are looking for a specific single function. – Michael Chernick Aug 22 '12 at 16:39
