I'm a PhD student in ecology at Tulane University.

I've been known to do some math, some statistics, some programming, some photography, and some home improvement. In all those areas I'm mostly self-taught (on an as-needed basis), and so hardly expert. I'll probably do a lot more asking than answering.

If anyone has any questions about insects or plants, though, I'm your guy. Also, I speak and write the heck out of the English language, so I'm excited to participate in that site!
