May 28	comment	Can I hypothesis test for skew normal data? Which software are you using, R has a package 'sn' (skew normal) that contains functions that calculate the ML estimates. I am not sure of the exact functions though - check out this site azzalini.stat.unipd.it/SN for details on the R package
