When not fighting crime in riverine environments and avoiding having my head detached from my body by public health and animal control authorities, I am a mild-mannered economic geographer. I teach a mandatory introductory level statistics course to groups of 60 to 90 largely unwilling students, as well as other kinds of descriptive and explanatory quantitative techniques in applied regional analysis.
