Fitting logistic to small number of points in R Well, it's more like a square peg into a muddy square hole. Measurements are not always perfect :) - Anyways, thanks for your help. |

Fitting logistic to small number of points in R Thank you. Is there anything I can do for that other data set? |

Fitting logistic to small number of points in R Thank you for that! How does that work if Asym, xmid and scal havent been defined? Also, it fixed it for that case, but for some other (more messy) data it fails. For example, x = c(118,130,142, 62,74,86), and y=c(19.7662,16.6663,14.1713,17.5192,13.4772,16.7067) |

How to obtain decision boundaries from linear SVM in R? Thanks, but my question is about how I get the w and b values. Also, about the decision value, I'm asking how e1071 decides which given label is positive and negative for the training data when you pass it factors. |

How to combine three different scores Do you have the toxicity numbers (true values)? If so, why arent you simply doing a regression? If not, how are you able to rank within each group? |

Constrained linear regression through a specified point Thank you cardinal. By the way, is there a way to force the regression line to have a negative slope? |
