As I try to complete my analysis as you described I have failed miserably to replicate the simulation, graphs and estimated p values to use with the different groupings, no surprise to me! I have summarised the data and made it available (hopefully) using the following link Can you advise how I can reproduce the simulation for my All P group (37,5,35) and treat env,eco,soc groups? |
