3 tried to explain the question better as apparently the question was not explicit enough

I am new to neural networks (NN), so far I have been playing with the International Airline Passengers time-series dataset. To feed the NN, I transformed the data from:

ti

ti+1

ti+2

ti+3

...

to look like:

t_i t_i+1
t_i+1 t_i+2

ti ti+1

so that given t_j I could forecast t_j+1ti+1 ti+2

ti+2 ti+3

...

and then feed the NN with the latter.

Now I would like to train neural networks on multivariate dataanother dataset. I have three different features X1, X2 and X3 and the. The dataset looks like:

                       X1 X2 X3
Monday 6th 21:05 0 1 1
Monday 6th 21:10 0 1 0
Tuesday 7th 12:05 1 1 0
.....
Monday 13th 21:05 0 1 0

Monday 20th 21:05 1 1 0
.....
Monday 27th 21:05 0 0 1
.....

ti si ri

I am only interested in using the last 4 Mondays to forecast a value Y for the following Monday.ti+1 si+1 ri+1

ti+2 si+2 ri+2

ti+3 si+3 ri+3

How can Itransform the dataset (as done previously) to feed this matrixit as input to the neural network?

Would it be something like:

ti si ri ti+1 si+1 ri+1

ti+1 si+1 ri+1 ti+2 si+2 ri+2

ti+2 si+2 ri+2 ti+3 si+3 ri+3

...

# Multivariate time series with neural networks

I am new to neural networks (NN), so far I have been playing with the International Airline Passengers time-series dataset. To feed the NN, I transformed the data to look like:

t_i t_i+1
t_i+1 t_i+2

so that given t_j I could forecast t_j+1.

Now I would like to train neural networks on multivariate data. I have features X1, X2 and X3 and the dataset looks like:

                       X1 X2 X3
Monday 6th 21:05 0 1 1
Monday 6th 21:10 0 1 0
Tuesday 7th 12:05 1 1 0
.....
Monday 13th 21:05 0 1 0
.....
Monday 20th 21:05 1 1 0
.....
Monday 27th 21:05 0 0 1
.....

I am only interested in using the last 4 Mondays to forecast a value Y for the following Monday.

How can I feed this matrix as input to the neural network?
