Unfortunately, the research question is not very detailed because it was posed by non-statisticians so I want to suggest the best way forward and given that we have data that is being collected, I want to discuss the merits of both the t-test and the repeated measures mixed models. Unfortunately non statisticians sometimes do not recognize the importance of stating the objectives as narrowly as possible so it is left to us to suggest the best use of data while answering their question.Any insight will be very helpful. | |
