If it's possible, I'd also be grateful for a more intuitive, tangible explanation for #1. For example, from a simple perspective of a non-statistician, what does it mean that the quasi-binomial can be a model but not a distribution - and the more so even though there is a distribution that fits the specification??? And how does that distinction affect how the r implementation should or should not be used, or interpreted? | |
