# How can I “see” the algorithm that my random forest model is using [duplicate]

I'd like to know if, and how, it's possible to actually "see" the algorithm that is powering my random forest model.

I find this hard to explain but let me put it this way.

The model can spit out a predicted probability, but what if I wanted to calculate that predicted probability myself? I would need to know the formula that is being applied. So, is it possible to see the formula that is being used and then apply that manually to reach the same result?

Basically I'm wondering if there's a way to make the random forest "show it's work".

Thanks!
