I am trying to compare genes that differ significantly between groups and only plot them in the heatmap. I am using R and its libraries ComplexHeatmap and cirlize.

What I am doing in R is:

What I aim is to get only the genes that are significantly different for each group. for example, the high expressed genes only in G1 group, G2, G3 .... and so on, should only be plotted with some p-value cut-off.

How and at which step I should induce this filter and could anyone please help me in creating such a filter.
