I have data which contains 10 subjects under 3 treatment conditions(3-by-10 points). For each condition, we measured 2 parameters. How can I leverage these data efficiently to figure out the correlation between these two parameters?

  • $\begingroup$ How you leverage the data will depend on the nature of your two parameters/variables. You can specify a model which will simultaneously analyze the data from the two parameters - the model will depend on what type of parameters you are working with. $\endgroup$ – Isabella Ghement May 26 '18 at 1:23
  • $\begingroup$ Thank you for your prompt reply. Let me put it in this way. I measured 10 rat pups' weight as well as in-vivo dose under low-dose, moderate-dose and high-dose treatments. How can I correlate the weight and in-vivo dose together? $\endgroup$ – Sirius Hou May 26 '18 at 5:53
