I have 8 boxes with the same number of names in each box, all different. I have a list of 250 names of which I found 50 in box number 3. What is the probability of observing 50 names in one single box. How would the calculation differ if all the boxes contained different number of names. Can someone suggest an idea on how this can be done. Any help is appreciated.
