I hope I'll manage to make my problem understandable.

I've got a data set which contains 4 groups (CG, TG, HG, IG) across 18 conditions (e.g. 18 verbal cues) and 1 numerical variable (the participant's estimate of each verbal cue).

I did 18 separate median tests but I am looking for an idea on how to compare the mean of the 4 groups across all 18 cues.

ANOVA doesn't really make sense here, I guess? or would rmANOVA work?
