I am using the mlr package in R to perform survival analysis. mlr includes the Cox Proportional Hazards Model (function coxph from library survival) as one of its integrated learners. As I understand it, at present it is not possible to use the extended form of the Cox model, with time varying covariates, in mlr, presumably because of the structure of the mlr environment and function calls. Is there any way to extend mlr to handle the time-varying form of the Cox model?
