I have a database of brain MRI acquisitions of 20 subjects at two time points. I have elaborated the signal with multiple models. For each model, I have estimated 4-6 parameters maps. At the moment I test for differences with Wilcoxon between the two hemispheres for each parameter, but I have a doubt regarding the post-hoc correction (I am performing it with Benjamini-Hochberg). Should I include all tests for all parameters, or should I correct model per model? The hypothesis is that one model performs better than the other in detecting changes between healthy and injured hemispheres. Or, since the study is mainly exploratory, should I not correct at all?
