I have a collection of N samples from which I have computed all pairwise Euclidean distances.

The samples can be divided in 3 distinct subgroups.

I want to test if the average distance of groups is different from each other and to the mean distance over the entire data set.

Group sizes are different, distances are normally distributed.

Would a one way anova suffice?
