I simultaneously performed multiple statistical tests on my samples under investigation. For each test i obtained p-value that i had to correct for multiple testing. Then i performed permutations and for each iteration repeated my statistical tests. Finally i got a permutation p-value for each test using formula p-value permutation= number of p-values <=p-value experimental/total number of permutations My question is : Should i correct my permutation p-values for multiple testing?
