I'm running an experiment in which I'm measuring the changes in DNA concentration over time (response variable), and my predictor variable is temperature. I have three different experiments, with three different temperatures (5, 14, and 24 degrees) - and I take samples of DNA 5 times over 48 hours.
I'm trying to use a GLM to compare these changes over time, and then apply an ANOVA to the data.
I.e. DNAchange <- glm((Concentration)*temp, = my_data)
Would there be a specific family of GLM models to use?
Also, would I just set my data up like I have here?
