I'm working with this public dataset : https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/rwbs7645hg/1 . In each row of this dataset there should be 100 values. One such row:

{283, 297, 285, 289, 330, 318, 314, 331, 336, 312, 329, 332, 308, 294, 260, 246, 229, 242, 261, 258, 236, 245, 230, 211, 211, 204, 190, 191, 222, 261, 273, 264, 272, 273, 251, 240, 240, 250, 227, 218, 216, 217, 247, 236, 235, 236, 269, 221, 227, 229, 229, 208, 197, 206, 199, 226, 229, 235, 228, 249, 222, 200, 198, 187, 135, 169, 166, 203, 208, 241, 217, 220, 184, 210, 201, 237, 258, 294, 298, 285, 270, 255, 236, 223, 267, 257, 265, 253, 271, 232, 252, 240, 252, 228, 243, 219, 230, 233, 247, 234},

I'm doing feature extraction by computing mean, RMS, variance etc of each row. Unfortunately, one row has only 78 values, rest 22 values are missing.

Should I do feature extraction with 78 values or do something else? It's a multiclass classification problem.
