# Sensitivity analysis with a uniform distribution

Is it possible to perform a sensitivity analysis on a uniform distribution?

For more explanation: I can perform a sensitivity analysis on an exponential distribution by systematically varying the lambda. Are there any parameters I can adjust at a uniform distribution as well?

• Unif(0,1) $\equiv$ Beta(1.1) is a member of the beta family of distributions all with support $(0,1).$ So if standard Unif is not satisfactory (say as a Bayesian prior) then you might search among other beta distributions for a more useful model. (If beta shape parameters are chosen to be equal, then the beta dist'n is symmetrical.) – BruceET Jun 30 at 17:53
