I've been looking at the equation for a logistic regression, which is normally given by
$logit(p_i)= \beta_0 + \sum_{j=1}^{k} \beta_j x_{ij}$.
All of the sources I've looked at don't state the residuals in the model equation. Why is this? Whenever we mention a linear regression equation, we always add $+\epsilon_{i}$ at the end.
