I have quarter level data for 10 years for some continuous variable, Y. The final model is

Y=intercept + 2 *qtr + 4 * year.

I have qtr variable to adjust for seasonality. While I understand how to interpret the parameters, I was asked a question that I am stumped. At the end of 4 quarters(1 year), y increases 6 units but every 1 year, y changes 4 units. Am I reading this incorrectly?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
