I have a single experiment with 1 control group and 3 different treatment groups. I wonder if it is legit to plot the results in two or multiple graphs with the same control group. I am only interested in whether there are differences between each of these treatment groups and the control group but not if there are any differences among the treatment groups.
A follow-up question is: do I need to do multiple comparison corrections when calculating the statistics? It is legit to use a t-test for all of them without correction?
