I am learning predictive modeling and recently came across the calibration technique called Platt scaling. I want to ask:
- Is this technique applicable to the small sample size such as my project (n=50, with 30 cases vs 20 control)?
- If so, can someone please share an R code of the Platt scaling with me ? I tried to find it online but without luck.
