I'm trying to define an equation which in it the predictor is a dummy var. For instance, suppose that the study is about effectiveness of having dog on wealthiness.
The panel data includes those who has dog or not (dummy).
I'm wondering if predictor could be dummy and if this is a right approach, how can I code it in R?
