Trying to replicate analysis of a paper. They use 2 way anova with 3x3 design. Except one condition (one cell in the anova matrix) never happens. They specifically say that they use 8 conditions in the analysis. How can I do it in R using aov_ez from the afex package? Many thanks. Mickey
