I am required to project all the points on PCA to PC1 axis and then on PC2 axis as to see whether there is a good separation between the points. Through this I have to determine which dimension can best help to identify the malicious events. Being a beginner in R, I am quite confused what I am required to do or how to go about. Kindly advice me on this problem (I have plotted PCA Score, loading and Biplot of the first two PCs).

    $\begingroup$ Color the points in the PCA plot by whether they represent a "malicious event" or not, and you should get a sense of whether PC1 or PC2 or some combination can help identify them. $\endgroup$
