When estimating the confidence interval of mean, I think both the bootstrap t method and the nonparametric bootstrap method can apply, but the former requires a little more computation. 

I wonder what the advantages and disadvantages of bootstrap t over the normal nonparametric bootstrap are? Why? 

Are there some references for explaining this?
