Im am running a fishers exact test on some data but im unsure of how the input contingency table should be formatted. Option 1 ``` 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 1 0 5 0 18 1 0 7 2 5 2 0 15 1 0 9 3 0 0 0 2 0 0 1 4 18 15 2 46 25 0 27 5 1 1 0 25 10 0 7 6 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 7 7 9 1 27 7 0 12 ``` or Option 2 ``` 1 2 3 4 5 7 1 0 1 0 12 0 2 2 4 1 0 6 1 5 3 0 0 0 2 0 0 4 6 9 0 23 10 9 5 1 0 0 15 5 3 7 5 4 1 18 4 6 ``` The difference is, that in option 1, all occurrences of [1,2] (five in total) are in both cells they meet. In option 2 there is one occurrence of [1,2] and four occurrences of [2,1] which are listed separately. The results of those tables are very different (Option 1 is significant, Option 2 is not). Which one is the right way to go?
