Typically there should be an associated degree of freedom so that you can compute the p value yourself. There doesn't seem to be a degree of freedom in the output, so you can use an alternative appraoch. Rather than reporting p values (which are fairly uninformative anyway), you can report profile likelihood confidence intervals by running confint(model) ...
