As of September 2016, I am a 3rd-year PhD candidate at the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Barash Lab, "BioCiphers". We focus on quantitative modeling of RNA alternative splicing as inferred from RNA-seq experiments. Methods published by our group include AVISPA and MAJIQ.
