Thomas Näf

I study lesser horseshoe bats during my PhD and use my R knowledge to automatize and establish various pipelines ranging from echolocation call detection and classification using audiomoths, understand and predict the DNA quality from their droppings based on abiotic factors like temperature and humidity and track bats through time and space using genetic markers of such DNA.
