In fact I made a quick try at with ggplot2 when lattice was getting too complex, and found that I couldn't quite get the legend to properly reflect the point/line styles if I wanted to choose shapes and line styles explicitly. I probably did it the wrong way, and it managed to work in the graph, but fooled ggplot's legend creation. Could you see if it works for you and post the code? | |
