Jul 28, 2015 at 15:27 | comment | added | Digio | After some thought I believe you should still model your scenario as a graph problem. You could transform your nm time-series matrix into a nn similarity matrix which will represent an undirected weighted graph. I'll update my answer with this idea.
Jul 28, 2015 at 6:45 | comment | added | Kavipriya | I updated my question itself. Sorry for that. It will be nice if you help. Thanks!

Jul 28, 2015 at 5:48 | comment | added | Kavipriya | Each columns represent each action. Each row represents time. The data is collected for every 15min. I want to find how each action is dependent on another action.
Jul 28, 2015 at 5:26 | comment | added | Digio | If it's not square then what do you have on the columns? How would you say that an action affects another action if it's not square?
Jul 28, 2015 at 5:19 | comment | added | Kavipriya | Thanks! But my matrix is not square. It is 2lakh x 60 dimension. How can I interpret this as a graph?
