I am seeking to confirm that staff members are more likely to perform pro-environmental behaviour if they perceive the supportssupport from their manager. The behaviours are measuremeasured by frequencyan ordinal scale  (very frequently, frequently, occasionally, rarely and never), and the perception is measuremeasured by a likert-scale (Stronglystrongly agree, agree, neutral disagree and strongly disagree).

I have gone through many analyse methods but still can findWhat is the appropriate one, can you suggest any methodanalysis for this? My samplingN is n=2525 but I can collect more if necessary.

Thank you so much,

Regards, Nhat
