I am seeking to confirm that staff members are likely to perform pro-environmental behaviour if they perceive the supports from manager. The behaviours are measure by frequency scale(very frequently, frequently, occasionally, rarely and never) and the perception is measure by likert-scale (Strongly agree, agree, neutral disagree and strongly disagree)

I have gone through many analyse methods but still can find the appropriate one, can you suggest any method? My sampling is n=25 but I collect more if necessary.

The behaviours are measured by an ordinal scale  (very frequently, frequently, occasionally, rarely and never), and the perception is measured by a likert-scale (strongly agree, agree, neutral disagree and strongly disagree).

What is the appropriate analysis for this? My N is 25 but I can collect more if necessary.
