For the network I've built, I only need to add an additional class channel to the output probability map and that's easy to do. The thing is, it's better not to change anything other than this. As you mentioned, training on the new dataset with the old weights as initialization will be an obvious approach, that's what I mean the most straightforward way. Do you have other thoughts in mind? | |
