Whilst I think I see that this would be a valid approach, I would like a frequentist rather than a Bayesian solution, as I don't currently have the Bayesian skills/knowledge for such an approach, and it would likely be difficult to justify/explain to many peers in my field. I will accept this as an answer though (along with any other valid frequentist answers once it's clear no-one else is going to add anything). | |
