Expanding on your Question 2 answer: the factors are, indeed, within-subject. You say that this "would require you to model the dependency between indicators of your factors within-person.", could you clarify what this means or point me in the direction of an example/reference of this being done? If I understand your answer correctly, the process is otherwise very similar to the comparison of means on the same factor, between groups? | |
