Also, you will need to define your loss function - i.e. what do you mean by "most representative"? Identify only setosa? Identify as many setosa as possible within some predictor bin? Exactly i am looking for classification (i already did it with RF), however what i get from it is only predicition of the Species and i need to find the representative values set (the best combination) of parameters which lead to predicition of one of the Species, in my case it is setosa.As for example values of: Sepal.Length 5.1, Sepal.Width 3.0, Petal.Length 1.4, Petal.Width 0.2 are most representative of Species Setosa.
