Can you please represent your design inform of a picture (see my update) ? Currently, I don't see how you use the varieties? Is the difference between varieties of interest or not?

Then only' Stress' labelled plants were treated with chemical 'NO3' and other plants 'Control' were untreated. Chlorophyll content (Data given) was recorded at day 1 and then each week for exactly the same plants.
