Remove in extreme cases means delete or erase from the dataset as misleading or useless . Remove in the sense of trimmed means means decide that the exact magnitudes of certain values in the tails are not used in calculations, no more, no less. So, although this is a fine answer, the wording could be tweaked minutely in a few places. | |
