Aug 29, 2020 at 19:20 comment added user272585 Just for the record, I realized my mistake and what was happening was that the sacling on R was turning the 1 and 0 into 1 and 2. Also, the predict function in R will by default give you the log-odds, but you can pass other parameter for it to give you the result in probabilities
