Well, that is the "Doane's formula" you posted ¬¬. Anyway, this can be trivially corrected by using log(n,2) instead of log(n). BUT, the wikipedia entry as well as other sources indicate that the it should be log.

It is estimated as the fourth sample central moment divided by the square of the second sample central moment. Please, see my edit for the code. | |
