Your differences in apparent "significance," however, might have more to do with your choice of test in the Cox model. For a two-group comparison, the log-rank test for Kaplan-Meier analysis is equivalent to the score test for the corresponding Cox model. Cox models typically return 3 significance tests; you presumably are not basing "significance" on the score test but perhaps on the likelihood-ratio test. | |
