Dec 10, 2014 at 4:30 comment added Aksakal @NickCox, you are right. Age is a sensitive subject. Though in this case I was describing my own behavior: I used to learn all languages which came my way, now I try to do my work efficiently in the languages I know already and spend saved time learning other non-technical things.

Mar 10, 2014 at 0:26 comment added Aksakal I described a perfectly rational behavior. nobody's going to hire 60 year old NBA player, yet there are hardly any 30 year old coaches out there. when you're 64 you still learn, but different things.
Mar 10, 2014 at 0:16 comment added Nick Stauner @NickCox: some 60-year-old dudes...but I know at least one who doesn't and should! :) Aksakal's answer describes him pretty well, I'm afraid.

Mar 9, 2014 at 23:33 comment added Aksakal you're welcome. it took me 2 months to prepare for SAS Base exam, just daily 1-2 hours in the morning. it's a piece of cake.
